A short walking distance to the Ocean Crest fishing pier, Oceanfront restaurant, and Chaser's Beach Club for a fun evening. Make your vacation by the sea a memorable one, come to this oceanfront condo on Caswell Beach, and enjoy the magnificent views from your private covered balcony. Watch the boats go by, see the sunrise and sunset, and maybe even get a glimpse of the dolphins. Relax on the balcony with a good book, a glass of wine, and enjoy the sound of the sea.

Fully open both the living room and master bedroom blinds to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view from within the condo. Arrange a discounted golf date at the course through OIA's Guest Services. Lots to see and do here: Test your skills in surf fishing on the beach.

Sun bathers, the pool is nearby, just 2 buildings down, equipped with chairs and an outside shower, and easy access to the beach. Take a walk or jog on the beach, build a sand castle, search for shells, or catch the wind and fly a kite. For the adventurous ones, climb to the top of the Oak Island Lighthouse.

Take a ride to nearby historic Southport on the Cape Fear River. Our favorite restaurants to enjoy are Fishy Fishy Cafe, Cape Fear Restaurant, and Mr. P's for that special date night. Enjoy the swings at the waterfront park, tour the Franklin Square Art Gallery. Take the ferry to Ft. Fischer to the NC Aquarium or the Civil War Museum. And for the longer day trip, we're less than one hour away from the shows and shopping in N. Myrtle Beach.
